HOW TO SET CALL-TEMP
Set CALL-TEMP to the desired temperature.
EXAMPLE:
A. Set furnace thermostat to 50 degrees F.
B. Set CALL-TEMP dial to 40 degrees F.
C. When you call home you will get a “Normal Ring” if the temperature in the room is above 40 degrees F.
D. If the temperature in the room drops below 40 degrees F, you will hear a “Busy” signal. This is a warning that the room is colder than you wish. Call a friend, neighbor or your serviceman to correct the problem.
E. We suggest that Call-Temp be placed on a table or counter, away from heat registers, outside walls and direct sunlight for a more accurate temperature reading. Call-Temp will work with an answering machine.
F. DO NOT SET CALL-TEMP ON THE FLOOR.
Thank you for buying a Call-Temp unit. We are sure that you will have many years of peace of mind knowing that things at home are ok.
